Terms and conditions
1. Eligibility Membership is available to UK residents aged 18 or over. By agreeing to these terms and conditions members confirm that they are 18 or over and resident in the UK. 2. Minimum membership There is no minimum membership period you may cancel at any time. Credit card alterations or renewal details must be advised in good time for us to collect the amount due. We reserve the right to alter monthly charges on 30 days notice. 3. Terminating Membership Subscriptions may be terminated at any time after the minimum membership period. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing or by e-mail, quoting name, account number and password, or on-line through the member's account maintenance option on www.viewdvd.co.uk. Notice must be received by us at least 7 Working Days before the end of the billing month in which the member wishes to end their subscription. All DVDs from us held by the member must be returned and received by us at least 2 working days before the intended termination date. Failure to give 7 working days notice and/or failure to return the DVDs belonging to viewdvd.co.uk by the stated date may result in the member being billed for a further month's membership. In this case the member retains all membership rights and the membership will be terminated at the end of the following month subject to safe return of all outstanding DVDs. 4. Ownership All DVDs remain the property of ViewDVD. The number of DVDs a member may have in their possession at any one time is limited according to the membership option chosen. 5. Care of DVDs The member agrees to treat the DVDs and packaging with care and respect and prevent damage occurring to either. Instructions for handling DVDs are given on the website. Any lost or damaged DVDs must be reported to us by email or telephone within four days of their receipt/loss. 6. Copyright The member agrees not to make any illegal copies of the DVDs and to respect the copyright contained within. Disks are for private home viewing only. 7. Delivery The member agrees not to hold ViewDVD responsible for any postal delays in delivering DVDs either to the company, or to the member. 8. Content The member agrees not to hold the company responsible for any content in any film supplied from the company and confirms that they are 18 years old or over. 9. Postage ViewDVD pays postage both ways, and supplies pre-addressed packaging for the disks' safe return.
