Sounds great, how do I join? You can join online using your credit card or request more info and a standing order mandate. How do I get my films? Once you have joined and your first payment is received the first available films on your list are sent out immediately. After that you will receive the next available title on your list each time you return one to us. How many films can I have? There is no limit to the number of films you can watch but the number you can have out at any one is three. If for some reason you require more then contact us and we can arrange this facility but you will pay a surcharge and possibly a deposit. Is there a minimum period that I have to subscribe for? No, you may cancel any time providing you have returned your disks. What if a DVD gets lost in the post? If your next DVD fails to arrive within 4 working days contact us and we will send another - we will not hold you responsible but we reserve the right to terminate memberships at addresses where the postal service appears unreliable. How long can I keep the films You keep each film as long as you want, there is no requirement to return a film within any time period. What if a DVD will not play? Return it to us with an explanatory note and we will send a replacement. What if my next DVD doesn't turn up? Allow 4 working days from when you returned the film then contact us if you still haven't received your next film. If necessary, we will send out another film. How do I change my DVD list? Choose the film list option on our web site. You can manage your list of DVDs: add, delete or change the viewing order. Keep as many DVDs as you like on your list. The next available DVD from your list is automatically sent to you each time you return a DVD to us. More about postage, packing etc. |
